What's New at Clarksburg Village... |
Even with the economic conditions being experienced for the past several months, the community continues to grow steadily with new neighbors moving in regularly. The developer and home builders are doing their best to maintain progress, albeit a bit slower than desired.
Elm Street Development is moving forward with seeking approval for Phase 2 of the community and the commercial/retail center remains a work in progress as they “massage” the plans based upon feedback from County planning agency as well as from winter meetings with Clarksburg Village and Aurora Hills residents.
