The Association
The Clarksburg Village community is a development project of Elm Street Development of McLean, Virginia. Elm Street Development is a local, privately held firm that has developed over 200 communities in the metropolitan area, including over 40 in Montgomery County.
The Aquatic Center
The summer of 2009 was another wonderful season at the swimming pool. The pool was one hub of activities for many of you this summer - from the luau to movie night, there was something for everyone at the pool.
Clarksburg Village Clubhouse
A wonderful amenity of the Clarksburg Village community is the beautiful clubhouse facility located at 23075 Turtle Rock Terrace. The building was designed to provide meeting and office space for the Community Association.
Architectural Review
Under the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions (Declaration) for Clarksburg Village Community Association, the Covenants Committee is responsible for administering the procedures and guidelines
