Clarksburg Village Community

Please be aware that, except for most landscaping, all modifications to the exterior appearance of your Clarksburg Village home or lot improvements require prior approval by the Covenants Committee. In fact, it is highly likely that your modification may require a permit from the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services (DPS) or from the Maryland National Capital Park & Planning Commission (MNCPPC). Determining the requirement for and obtaining a permits and/or approvals from DPS or MNCPPC would be the sole responsibility of each homeowner and proof of Association approval may be required prior to issuing a permit or approval for projects located in Clarksburg Village.

Any applications not received seven (7) days prior to the Committee meeting will be considered late, will not be approved and will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting. (Re-submission of a late application is not necessary.) The Covenants Committee meets on the 4th Monday of every month, 7:00pm at the Clarksburg Village Clubhouse.
