A wonderful amenity of the Clarksburg Village community is the beautiful clubhouse facility located at 23075 Turtle Rock Terrace. The building was designed to provide meeting and office space for the Community Association.

There have been a number of community-wide meetings, committee meetings and social events in the clubhouse. Additionally, management provides limited office hours on Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for Association business.

The main meeting area has been made available for private rental by Clarksburg Village residents (Residents who are not homeowners must be sponsored by a Clarksburg Village homeowner). The rental of the facility is authorized by the Policy Resolution for Community Center Use.

The facility offers a large open room, a small kitchen and bathroom facilities. The Association has provided 5 folding tables and approximately 40 folding chairs.

Residents wishing to rent the facility for a private function may download the Contract for Rental of the Clubhouse as well as a table of rental rates. The rental rates are separate and apart from the monthly dues paid to the Community Association.

Some important points of which you should be aware are:

• Weekend (5:00 pm Friday through Sunday) is limited to one use per weekend as we better understand the demand for the facility, the logistics for renting the facility, and the after-use inspections of the facilities.
• Applications, with the required payments, must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the date desired. Dates are reserved on a “first-come, first-served” basis on receipt of a complete application with payments.
• Applicants must send separate payments for the rental fee and the security deposit, both payable to the "Clarksburg Village Community Association".
• THE PAYMENT FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE A CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. The deposit check or money order will be returned, uncashed, unless forfeited.
