The Aquatic Center will open at 10:00 a.m. daily starting Thursday, June 17th!

If you have not yet obtained your pool passes, please download the pool pass application and rules and follow the instructions.

Please don't delay mailing in your application. Everyone will need a pass for entering the pool this year.

If you are a new homeowner moving in close to opening day, the lifeguard staff will have temporary passes that are available until you can make application for your regular passes. Simply visit the pool and present identification showing the address of your Clarksburg Village home to the lifeguards. They will provide an application package and temporary pool passes.

The pool will open on Saturday, May 29, 2010

While Public schools are in session (through June 16th)
Monday through Friday 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily

After Public schools have closed for the summer (starting June 17th)
Seven (7) days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily

The last day for the 2010 season will be Monday, September 6, 2010.

RULES:
You are encouraged to read the rules and regulations before returning your application or visiting the facilities. The rules are in place to enhance the safety and enjoyment for all. Some rules of particular interest are:

6.d. Diaper age children must wear tight fitting rubber pants in the all pools in compliance with Montgomery County Health Department regulations. Disposable "swim pants" (e.g. HUGGIES® Little Swimmers® or Pampers® Splashers®) will not be permitted.

20. No flotation devices other than Type I, II or III U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices are permitted in the pool. Children wearing such devices must be supervised by a parent or appointed guardian "within arms reach" of the child.

Supplemental Rules Regarding Pool Guests - Due to the ever growing community and the increasing use of the pool facilities, a determination has been made that a limit on the number of guests is necessary in order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Therefore, effective immediately, the following supplemental rule is being implemented.

Clarksburg Village members are limited to no more than three (3) guests per adult pass holder.

SWIM LESSONS:
Swim lessons will again be offered at the pool by staff of Joe Flaherty's Dolphins. You may download a swim lesson registration form here.

Swim Team Season Starting
The Clarksburg Village Swim Team had a successful kickoff meeting on May 5th and is actively recruiting swimmers and parent volunteers. The first practice will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
