Under the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions (Declaration) for Clarksburg Village Community Association, the Covenants Committee is responsible for administering the procedures and guidelines established by the Association to maintain the aesthetic harmony of the community.

Please be aware that, except for most landscaping, all modifications to the exterior appearance of your Clarksburg Village home or lot improvements require prior approval by the Covenants Committee. In fact, it is highly likely that your modification may require a permit from the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services (DPS) or from the Maryland National Capital Park & Planning Commission (MNCPPC). Determining the requirement for and obtaining a permits and/or approvals from DPS or MNCPPC would be the sole responsibility of each homeowner and proof of

{mosimage}Association approval may be required prior to issuing a permit or approval for projects located in Clarksburg Village.
